Telesales API — Overview

Public REST API for the Telesales Module. Lets a customer CRM integrate dialer + campaigns + leads + caller-ID rotation + recording + reports.

Authentication: Bearer Token (user session). Base URL: https://app.zorio.vn/api/telesales/ (provisioned per customer).

Scope

The Telesales API contains 11 endpoint groups:

• Campaign management — CRUD + lifecycle (launch/pause/resume/archive/clone).
• Lead management — CRUD + bulk PATCH/DELETE/DNC.
• DNC (Do Not Call) — blocked-call list with CSV import.
• Caller-ID rotation groups — 6 strategies (round_robin, least_used, cap_based, weighted, sticky_lead, random).
• Script + Outcome — call scripts + disposition codes.
• Recording — playback + bulk export.
• 9 reports: dashboard / agent-performance / funnel / disposition-breakdown / caller-id-health / hour-dow-heatmap / lead-source-attribution / time-series / abandon-rate.
